Healthy Ice Cream

preparation time: 3 hours

What do you need for 2 servingI used a glass of 200 ml
1/2 glass millet - preferably soaked overnight
1 1/4 glass of water
1 banana
Any sweetener - honey, sugar, agave syrup
for sprinklingchocolate and goji berries

What now?
1 Cook grits until soft. Then set aside to cool.
2 Add bananasweetener and blend everything until smooth - if you soaked groats overnight fork should be enough.
3 Put in the freezer for 1 hour
4 Serve with any toppings.
